laughter

Who do you laugh with?

Over the past couple of days, I’ve had a few of reminders about the importance of laughter:  (1) A colleague wrote “Find time to laugh and every day is better“;  (2) the Awesome blog included this short simple post “Laughing so hard you make no sound at all – AWESOME!“; and (3) Russ and I laughed together a lot as we made supper.

Laughter is a pretty amazing thing.  I am not going to site the studies (although as you likely guessed yesterday, I’m a big supporter of data) that say how beneficial laughter is, because we all know it’s true.  So I ask again, who do you laugh with?  Do you spend enough time with those people?  When was the last time you laughed without sound or until the tears streamed down your face?

More laughter isn’t going to hurt any of us.  So pursue this goal with gusto – Laugh more!
