fall displayOn a beautiful warm and sunny day like today, it’s easy to think of things to be thankful for.   Who doesn’t love uncommonly warm days in October.  The need to collect items from nature for my Sunday School craft tomorrow helped me focus on giving thanks for those things.  For pumpkins and corn, for trees that change from deep greens to yellows and beautiful reds, for crispy leaves beneath my feet, for crunch apples, for purple and pink and yellow mums, … the list could go on an on.  When I take the time to notice and appreciate these things, I can’t help but marvel at the beauty of it all.

Take time to marvel today.
