The end of the grey

December 28, 2013

Perhaps it feels like I’m going on and on about the grey yarn, which perhaps I am.  But it’s a bit of a stressful scarf/knitting situation.  Today there is no avoiding the double grey strands of yarn.  It is just plain grey outside.  So I took the risk and just knit the two double grey rows.  And it all worked out, this time.  But there is less than a metre (no I’m not a great estimator, I just know it is less than a metre/yard stick in length) of grey left in the one strand.  So if the yarn is any indicator, I guess that means no more grey grey days in 2013, only bright grey, or blue skies or snow.
